The program will take the students on a journey through a world of mathematical richness, a world abundant with visual and appealing mathematics.
Along the journey we will meet fractals, tiling, flexagons, magic, dimensions, and other good friends. Together we will discover some of the wonderful and hidden mathematical order that drives our world.

About
“The Weizmann Institute Math Circle” is a prestigious program for 7^{th}9^{th} grade students, that will be held at the Davidson Institute of Science Education, the educational arm of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot. The program gives students the opportunity to deepen and enrich their knowledge and their research capabilities in mathematics. Students are welcome to join the program according to the admissions requirements.
The program consists of 16 meetings of three academic hours each, on everyother Sunday 5:30pm8pm, as described in the schedule of the program. Meetings will begin in October and end in June 2016. Every meeting will include a lecture during the first half, and a practical workshop during the second half. During the program, students will be invited to participate in the national recreational math, puzzles and games festival at no extra cost.
The Weizmann Math Circle program is planned as a perennial program. Students joining for the first year will be able to continue in the following year. This way, students will be able to learn subjects from different perspectives and create a number of social circles of mathlovers.

First stage:
At least one of the following conditions must be met:
 Math grade of at least 85
 Contacting the program staff with a request to interview the student.

Past participation in one of the math programs of the Davidson Institute of Science Education for 5^{th} and 6^{th} grades.
Second stage:
Candidates will be invited for meetings in small groups. Acceptance to the program is based on participation and behavior.
